Canada Day Events Happening In Simcoe County!

Looking for something to do this Canada Day? Check out some awesome events happening this weekend for Canada Day!

1. Collingwood Festival for Canada, June 30 - July 1

Head over to Collingwood to enjoy music, food, fun, fireworks and more! Enjoy a full line-up of activities for the entire family including strolling entertainment, live music and on-the-water events. Located Downtown Collingwood 115 Hurontario Street, Suite 104, Collingwood ON.

2.  Orillia Canada Day at Couchiching Beach Park, June 30 - July 1

Orillia will be hosting Canada Day activities at Couchiching Beach Park. There will be a children's fun zone, beer zone, food & craft vendors and fireworks! Fireworks will be at 10:00 pm on July 1st.

3. Canada Day Celebrations in Angus, June 30 - July 1

The Angus Lions are also holding festivities June 30 at the Community Park at 6 Huron St. There will be a beer tent opening at 5 p.m. On July 1 a pancake breakfast will be held at the park from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. (adults $5 and kids $3), followed by the opening ceremonies at 10 a.m., and amateur karaoke from 11:30 to 12:30. The fireworks display takes place at dusk at the Essa Agriplex in Ivy.

4. Canada Day in Barrie, July 1

Enjoy Canada Day in Barrie! There will be events for the whole family and entertainment at Barrie City Hall. Also, be sure to catch the fireworks over Kempenfelt at 10pm!

5. Canada Day in Wasaga Beach, July 1

Celebrate Canada Day in Wasaga at Beach Area 1. There will be firework shows and tons of activities, including creative kids activities, maple syrup taffy, bouncy castles, giant inflatables, pedal planes, circus entertainers,zoocaicals, bike valet, community partners, fantastic bands, incredible entertainment and much more!  Free parking is available in Beach Area 1 and 2 Municipal lots for July 1! The big stage concert opens at 5pm, there will be a VIP ticketed area and the fireworks at 10 pm.
